Qualification :
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree related
• 5 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
• A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
• Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
• Base in Kalimantan
2. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (Code : ENGSPV)
Qualification :
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 4 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
• Have skill in Minescape or SURPAC
• Base in Kalimantan
3. INSTRUCTOR (Heavy Equipment ) (Code : INSHE)
Qualification :
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 5 years experience in heavy equipment instructor especially in mining companies
• Having TOT Certificate
• Base in Kalimantan
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
4. PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (Code : PSH)
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code : PSPV)
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
6. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (Code : PGL)
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 2-3 years experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
7. PIT SERVICE GROUP LEADER (Code : PSVGL)
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 2-3 years experience as a Group Leader in road maintenance, dewatering, dump and lighting in open pit coal mining area
• Have a POP License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
8. LOGISTIC MANAGER (Code : LOGMGR)
Qualification :
• Male, maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• Min. 3 years experience as a Logistic Manager in coal mining
• Strong proficiency in Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, and Fuel Administration in Mini g
• Strong leadership skill
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
9. MAINTENANCE MANAGER / PLANT MANAGER (Code : PLMGR)
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• Min. 3 years experience as a Maintenance/Plant Manager in coal mining
• Strong proficiency in Maintenance Management
• Strong leadership and negotiation skill
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan
10. GRADUATE PREPARATION PROGRAM (FRESH GRADUATED) (Code : GPP)
Qualification :
• Male, maximum 27 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
• Fresh Graduated in Mining/Geology/Industry/Law/Psychology/Economy or Max. 2 years experience
• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to work in Kalimantan
• Never been enlisted as a candidate for PT SIS in between 2009 – 2010
